This is powered by label design software like NiceLabel / Loftware, which Intellistor also supplies.

Paper labels (matt or gloss) are cost-effective and perfect for indoor use, dry environments, and products with shorter shelf lives. They provide excellent print quality and are ideal for food products, craft beverages, and retail items.

Synthetic labels (PP or polyester) offer superior durability, water resistance, tear resistance, and chemical resistance. They’re essential for products exposed to moisture, refrigeration, outdoor conditions, or harsh environments like industrial settings.

Certain RUXO labels are waterproof, specifically our PP (Polypropylene) and Synthetic materials. These labels combined with appropriate printers (like OKI LED toner printers) create waterproof labels suitable for bath products, beverages, outdoor equipment, and refrigerated items.

The main ongoing costs are ink cartridges or toner cartridges and label materials. RUXO supplies all cartridges and toners for the printers we sell:

  • Epson cartridges: Available for all ColorWorks models (C3500, C4000, C6000, C6500, C7500, C7500G, C8000)
  • Afinia cartridges: Available for L502, L701, L801, L901
  • OKI toners: Available for C650, Pro1040, Pro1050, Pro9431, Pro9541, Pro9542

Label yield depends on coverage percentage, label size, and design complexity:

  • Epson and Afinia inkjet cartridges typically print 1,000-1,500 full-colour labels at standard coverage
  • OKI LED toners print 3,000-5,000+ labels depending on model and coverage
