The MediaGone 500 Flash Media Shredder ensures total media destruction across a variety of industry sectors by shredding materials to less than 4 mm in width. It is designed for SSDs, flash drives, discs, mobile phones and other small data-bearing media.

The MediaGone 500 uses a transparent polycarbonate dome cover made of reinforced glass, allowing users to securely watch as SSDs, flash drives, discs or phones are destroyed live.
The unit uses LED illumination technology and a simple touch screen interface. Users can start the process and access features including fine or coarse cuts for specific shredded particle sizes.

Flexible tabletop operation with optional trolley configuration
The unit is offered as a tabletop model as standard and can also be mounted to a cabinet on casters as the trolley version.
The standard tabletop model includes a removable 1 gallon drawer when full. The cabinet-mounted trolley version uses infrared detection technology to warn the user through the display screen.
