What are die cut labels?

Die cut labels are pre-cut to a fixed size and shape. They are the most common option for product labels.

Best for bottles, jars, pouches, boxes and retail packaging.
Available in square and rectangular formats.
Easy to use for consistent repeat label sizes.

What are continuous labels?

Continuous labels are supplied as an uninterrupted roll. The label length can be controlled by the printer or cutter.

Useful when label lengths change often.
Good for flexible production and custom sizes.
Often selected when fixed die cut sizes are not suitable.

What are circular labels?

Circular labels are round labels used for products where a standard square or rectangle does not suit the packaging.

Useful for lids, caps, seals and promotional stickers.
Good for small branding areas and round containers.
Available in multiple round label sizes.

What are sprocket labels?

Sprocket or perforated labels are used for specialist feed or workflow requirements.

Used where sprocket-fed or perforated formats are required.
Useful for certain larger or specialist label applications.
Confirm printer compatibility before ordering.

How do I read label sizes?

Label sizes are shown as width x height in millimetres.

Example: 75mm x 50mm means 75mm wide and 50mm high.
Check your printer’s maximum label width before ordering.
Allow enough space for barcodes, ingredients, warnings and branding.

What should I send for a quote?

To quote correctly, Intellistor needs enough information to match the label to your printer and application.

Label width and height in mm.
Printer model, if known.
Material preference: paper, gloss, matt, synthetic or clear.
Approximate quantity or monthly usage.
Application: food, cosmetic, chemical, retail, box, bottle or freezer use.
